Description
A two-component research blend supplied for controlled research environments. This preparation combines Tesamorelin, a stabilized growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue acting at the GHRH receptor, with Ipamorelin, a selective growth-hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist. The two act on distinct receptors within the same axis, which is why they are studied together.
Composition
• Tesamorelin — 10 mg
• Ipamorelin — 5 mg
• Total peptide: 15 mg
• Appearance: Lyophilized powder in a sealed research vial
Research Focus (non-clinical)
• GHRH-receptor and GHS-R1a pathway characterization in model systems
• Growth-hormone axis signaling and IGF-1 response in cell and animal models
• Comparative receptor-selectivity studies between GHRH analogues and secretagogues
• Assay development for multi-component peptide preparations
Handling
• Store lyophilized material refrigerated and protected from light
• Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water; refrigerate after reconstitution
• For laboratory and research use only
Certificate of Analysis
Every batch is tested by an independent analytical laboratory and a Certificate of
Analysis is issued for that lot. Look up the certificate for your lot in the
Certificate of Analysis library using the lot number from the
vial flag label.
